ABOUT THE ROLE
- JOB TITLE: AQIS Clerk
- JOB TYPE: Full-Time
- LOCATION: Cargolink Facility, Port of Brisbane
Main Duties & Responsibilities
- Preparation and Processing of all AQIS Directions
- Completion Filing and Record Keeping of all AQIS Paperwork
- Stock Control of all AQIS Detergents
- AO and In House Training
- Basic Operational Administrative duties including but not limited to MX Mark Off, Release Input, Gate In / Gate Out and Yard Plan updates and General Office duties
Skills & Experience
- Drivers License
- Previous experience in the logistics industry
- Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office and Adobe knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Able to meet deadlines and work within strict timeframes
- High attention to detail and accuracy
