Are you looking for your next opportunity in logistics? Qube's team in Christchurch are hiring a dual position for a Client Services and Logistics Coordinator. If you're a natural communicator who takes pride in client relationships and delivering accurate, timely service — this role is for you.
Hours
Full-time permanent, 42.5 hours per week. Monday to Friday 8am–5pm and Saturday mornings 7am–1pm as required.
The Role
You'll be the key point of contact for allocated clients, ensuring they receive accurate information and consistent service.
Responsibilities include:
- Managing allocated client accounts and delivering information in agreed formats and timeframes
- Producing daily client reports and investigating anomalies affecting KPIs and stock turnaround
- Maintaining strong client relationships through professional communication via phone and RT
- Coordinating depot activity to support smooth container flow and keep clients updated
