What's the role?  

Qube Bulk are seeking an experienced Leading Hand to join the road crew & haulage team in the Northern Goldfields for the Thunderbox mine site operations.

Qualifications and Experience 

To be successful in this role, candidates will ideally have the following:

• Current HR Driver’s License (Minimum)
• Must have a minimum of 1-2 years’ prior leading hand experience
• Must have prior experience in mining & heavy transport industry
• Ideally have prior rock breaking, front-end loading, heavy haulage driving or other heavy machine operating experience
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening 
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with a variety of people 
• Have an understanding of safety & compliance practices and regulations within the industry, including an understanding of the chain of responsibility
• National Police Clearance – dated within 12 months of application 
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening 
• Good mechanical aptitude
