About the Role

We're looking for 2 new Logistics Planners to join our Mount Maunganui team. In this role, you'll coordinate daily transport operations, working closely with customers, drivers, and internal teams to keep our containers moving safely and efficiently.

Roster: 4 days on, 4 days off Monday to Sunday
Hours: 6:00am - 6:00pm

Key Role

The Role Reporting to the Northern Transport Manager, this position will coordinate the Transport Logistics function for our Tauranga depot.

• Coordinate deliveries, dehires, and container movements
• Manage customer bookings and transport schedules
• Liaise with customers and drivers to ensure smooth operations
• Respond to operational enquiries and requests
• Monitor driver activities and scheduling requirements
• Assist with functions across both Transport and Logistics Teams
• Ensure health and safety and compliance requirements are met

What You'll Bring

• Previous administration, coordination, or dispatch experience
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure
• High attention to detail
• A proactive, team-focused approach
• Transport or logistics experience is helpful but not essential

What You'll Need

To be successful in your application you will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in an administration role, preferably in the transport industry preferred but not essential.

• Legal right to work in New Zealand
• Ability to pass a pre-employment medical, drug and alcohol test, and MOJ check
