What's the role?  

We are looking for experienced MC Drivers to join our well-established Qube team in Port Hedland for our various operations in the Pilbara region. These full-time, fly-in/fly-out positions involve operating Quad and Ultra/Super Quad Road train side-tippers to transport iron ore, lithium and/or salt throughout the north-west.

  • Full-time, fly-in/fly-out (FIFO) positions - out of all major cities/airports only 
  • 4-on/2-off rosters for all applicants Australia-wide & 2-on/1-off roster for WA-based applicants  
  • Set rosters OR rolling rosters available – both day & night shifts
  • Competitive hourly rates + super on all hours  
  • Accommodation, meals & flights provided – or weekly housing allowance for Port Hedland locals

To be successful in this role, it is essential that candidates have: 

  • Current MC Licence  
  • Must have prior experience operating double & triple road train combinations
  • Prior side and/or bowl-tipping experience 
  • National Police Clearance & Traffic History Report – dated within 3-6 months of application 
  • WA Fatigue Management Certificate – valid within 3 years 
  • Maritime Security Identification Card – or ability to obtain one 
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical and drug & alcohol screening 
  • Ability to communicate effectively with other operators 
  • Ability to maintain accurate records of work completed  
  • Good knowledge of load restraint guidelines 
  • Good mechanical aptitude
