About the Role

As a Safety & Compliance Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting Qube's commitment to a BeSafe culture by coordinating safety, compliance and governance activities across our operations. Working closely with operational leaders and employees, you will ensure legislative compliance, support continuous improvement initiatives and contribute to the effective implementation of safety management systems.


Role Type: Full-Time

What will your role at Qube look like?

  • Support the implementation and maintenance of safety and compliance management systems.
  • Coordinate and track corrective actions arising from incidents, audits and inspections.
  • Assist with incident investigations and ensure actions are completed.
  • Conduct site safety inspections, audits and compliance reviews.
  • Maintain compliance registers, licences, permits and training records.
  • Monitor compliance with WHS legislation, CoR requirements and company policies.
  • Prepare safety reports, KPI data and compliance documentation.
  • Support toolbox talks, safety meetings and training initiatives.
  • Review contractor compliance documentation.
  • Promote and demonstrate Qube's Be Safe safety-first culture at all times.

Your Qualifications and Experience

  • Previous experience in a Safety, Compliance, WHS or Transport Compliance role.
  • Experience within transport, logistics, warehousing or a similar environment.
  • Sound knowledge of WHS legislation and compliance requirements.
  • Experience conducting audits, inspections or compliance reviews.
  • Intermediate to advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong reporting and administration skills.
  • Certificate IV in Work Health & Safety (desirable).
  • ICAM Investigation Training and/or Auditor qualifications (desirable).
