The Opportunity  

We have an opportunity for an Administrator to join our Qube Esperance Team assisting with Administration duties

Role Type: Full Time 

The Administration Officer will provide administrative support and perform specific and general administrative duties to support the Qube Team.

Key responsibilities:

  • Office Management: Handling phone calls, emails, and correspondence, managing calendars and schedules, and maintaining office records and files. 
  • Record Keeping: Organizing and archiving documents, both physical and digital, and ensuring data integrity. 
  • Meeting Coordination: Scheduling meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes, and arranging conference calls or events. 
  • Travel Arrangements: Booking flights, accommodations, and other travel-related logistics. 
  • Office Supply Management: Ordering and maintaining office supplies and ensuring the proper functioning of office equipment. 
  • Support to Staff: Providing general support to staff members, such as answering questions, assisting with tasks, and ensuring a positive work environment. 
  • Financial Support: Assisting with invoicing, expense tracking, and other financial tasks. 
  • Communication: Serving as a point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders, handling communications and ensuring clear and concise information flow. 

About you:

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following.

  • Previous experience as an Administrator within a logistics, resources, construction, or similar industry (particularly in a site-based role) would be highly regarded.
  • High level of organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work under pressure to meet business critical deadlines and deliver results
  • Professional interpersonal and organisational skills and able to work independently as well as part of a team and build relationships
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
