We’re looking for an experienced and motivated WA Oil & Gas Projects Supervisor to join our Perth Supply Base team.

This is a key leadership role responsible for delivering safe and efficient project and logistics operations across our supply base, working with a strong leadership team and well-established crews.

Why this role stands out

This is a rare opportunity to step into the oil & gas sector without FIFO, while still being part of major project work.

  • $130K base remuneration package + Superannuation
  • Access to a company vehicle
  • Home every night - no FIFO roster
  • Established teams with a strong safety culture and solid leadership
  • Real leadership exposure and succession pathways
  • Opportunity to work across high-profile oil & gas projects
  • Stable, long-term role within a growing operation

About the Role

Based at our Perth Supply Base in Hazelmere, this role leads the execution of key customer project scopes, third-party operations, and integrated supply base and transport activities.

You’ll be responsible for ensuring work is delivered safely, efficiently, and to a high standard, while driving accountability, reliability, and a strong team culture.

Specific Responsibilities

  • Leading day-to-day operational teams across supply base and logistics activities
  • Overseeing loading, unloading, storage, and material handling operations
  • Managing inventory movements and system transactions
  • Ensuring compliance with Chain of Responsibility (COR) and load restraint requirements
  • Overseeing the safe handling and storage of dangerous goods
  • Working closely with customers, contractors, and internal stakeholders
  • Driving strong safety behaviours, verification, and operational discipline
  • Supporting planning, coordination, and execution of project work

Leadership & team

You’ll lead a team of:

  • Coordinators
  • Leading Hands
  • Warehouse Officers

And be supported by experienced leadership including:

  • Perth Operations Manager
  • Supply Base Superintendent
  • Core Supervisory team

This is a hands-on leadership role where visibility, engagement, and influence on culture are critical.

What we’re looking for

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within logistics, supply base, or oil & gas operations
  • Strong safety leadership and understanding of high-risk environments
  • Experience with lifting operations, load restraint, and materials handling
  • Knowledge of Chain of Responsibility (COR) requirements
  • Ability to lead teams, drive accountability, and maintain high standards
  • Confident communicator with a customer-focused mindset
