About the Role:
An opportunity exists for a Terminal Operator (Wheeled Loader Driver) to join our team at Quattro Ports Grain Terminal in Port Kembla on a casual basis.
The Casual Terminal Operator will work mainly on day shift but may be required to work afternoon and night shifts at times. The role will be primarily in our fertiliser operations and will require strong experience in wheeled loader operations and good computer literacy. There will also be a variety of operational duties to perform throughout the year.
Skills, Experience & Qualifications:
- Wheeled loader experience essential
- Good computer literacy
- Ability to work well in a team
- Strong work ethic
- Adaptable approach
- Strong approach to safety
The following qualifications and skills are desirable but not essential for the successful candidate:
- Wheeled loader COC
- Forklift licence
- Previous experience in the grain/fertiliser industry or similar materials handling environment
- MSIC
- Confined space standby or entry training
- Working at heights training
- Safely Access Rail Corridor training
