About the Role:
As a key member of the Shared Finance Services Team, you will be responsible for a range of business improvement projects across the Corporate Finance function. This is a career opportunity to join a diverse and growing business undergoing constant change.
The role sits within the Corporate Finance Function which includes national Payroll, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Expenses, Group Reporting, Treasury and Tax. The role will be critical to delivering projects that bring new and improved financial and administrative services to the entire Qube business. These could include implementing new systems and processes, finance operating models or business intelligence reporting.
Key Accountabilities:
- Working with key business stakeholders develop project plans, timelines and preliminary budgets
- Lead and co-ordinate project teams to deliver project plans
- Report project progress to sponsors
- Communicate project status and updated to business stakeholders
- Manage change by setting and communicating stakeholder expectations
- Any other duties as directed by us

- Business and/or Finance qualifications
- Has or working towards a project management methodology certification
- Problem solving through strong analysis, interpretation and documentation skills

- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS packages (MS Word, Excel)

Skills and Qualifications:
Essential
- Exemplary verbal and written communication skills
- Self-motivated and directed, with keen attention to detail
- Willing to learn and develop an understanding of a complex business
Desirable
- Understanding of process improvement methodologies
- Knowledge of logistics, stevedoring, warehousing and/or road transport industries
- Exposure to Oracle Fusion ERP
- Experience with system implementation and/or process improvements.
