About the role
Position: Warehouse Pallet Controller
Location: Fremantle, WA
Status: Full Time
Duties
- Efficient processing of paperwork, data entry, and document management.
- Effective management, tracking, and reconciliation of assets and hired equipment.
- Coordinate and implement effective process controls for pallet movements across the business.
- Identify process gaps, inefficiencies, and areas of improvement to mitigate losses.
- Promote a culture that identifies the value of reusable equipment and equipment control.
- Improve and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) reporting.
- Oversee timely stock takes and the reconciliation process.
- Investigate variances, identify causes of discrepancies, and recommend resolutions.
- Troubleshoot asset movement issues and respond to queries promptly and accurately.
- Ensure cost optimisation throughout the pallet management process and transactions.
About You
- Preferred experience in Pallet Control.
- Previous experience in the Warehouse, Logistics and Transport Industry.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Excellent time management.
- Confident problem-solver with initiative.
- Clear communicator with strong customer service focus.
- Skilled at multitasking and daily prioritisation.
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks.
