ABOUT THE ROLE
The primary purpose of this role is building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients within the Oil & Gas, Mining, and Renewable Energy sectors. Negotiating, reviewing and managing commercial contracts, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
Specific Responsibilities
- The role will be key in developing and maintaining key relationships and maintaining contracts in line with the Qube Business Masterplan within Qube Energy:
- Develop strategy and business plans each financial year in conjunction with Qube operational teams to achieve the Qube Group targets and goals
- Promote the Qube brands to clients within the portfolio.
- Sales and business reports in line management requirements.
- Lead in the negotiation of contracts with customers.
- Management and coordinating with customers on all issues regarding their contracts.

Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum of 10 years in commercial/operations, with a focus on Oil & Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy sectors.
- Tertiary qualifications in warehousing, logistics, business or related discipline highly regarded.
- Sound knowledge of contract management in Oil and Gas, Mining, or Renewable Energy industry practices.
- Experience in achieving results through quality management and continuous improvement. concepts.
- Proven problem-solving ability with a solutions orientation.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people.
- Advanced skills using Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution.
- Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment.
- Ability to work well within a small team environment.
