About the role
Role Location: Rous Head, North Fremantle
Role Type: Full-time
What your role at Qube will look like:
- Oversee the recording of day-to-day accounting transactions.
- Ensure P&L and balance sheet information is accurate and maintained to accounting standards
- Analyse financial data and monitor KPI’s
- Consolidation of all sites reconciliations
- Manage and maintain fixed asset register
- Meet month end reporting deadlines
- Ensure that all accounting functions are carried out in accordance with company policy and procedures
- Supervise the input and handling of financial data for the financial system including both Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable’
- Managing of the accounts payable function which includes monitoring of the shared inbox & invoice matching.
- Perform inter-company & inventory reconciliations.
- Contribute to month-end processes and balance sheet reconciliations.
- Assisting with uploading of ticket movements.
- Drive continuous improvement in internal controls and processes.
- Work closely to support the Finance Manager with ad hoc & day-to-day tasks
What you can bring to Qube
To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;
- Diploma/Tertiary qualification in Accounting and/or Finance, or related field (desired, not essential).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within Finance.
- Experience using (SYSTEM)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong computer skills.
- Intermediate to advanced excel skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to multi skill, be flexible and adapt to changing needs of a work environment
