FAK Co-ordinator / Warehouse Administration
Are you an experienced Warehouse Administrator looking for your next opportunity? We're seeking a skilled professional to join our North Fremantle team at Qube Logistics.
This full-time position offers the chance to work with modern equipment in a supportive environment where safety and teamwork come first.
This role is responsible in ensuring FAK cargo under ABF control is processed in the operating system and paperwork is maintained in a timely manner.
Work alongside operational management daily to ensure operations are set up for successful execution.
Primary Role is customer service and ensuring effective communication with customers for efficient scheduling and service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Personal commitment to safety at every interaction
- Registration of all IMPORT and EXPORT FAK shipments
- Work with the Terminal and Warehouse Manager to ensure customer delivery requirements are aligned with the unpack schedules ensuring all client specific requirements are provided
- Ensure all paperwork associated with deliveries and collections are accurate
- Process out turn reports and communication to clients in timely manner
- Ensure daily check of TIME UP CARGO and request extension as required
What We're Looking For
- A minimum 1 - 2 years’ experience within a similar role
- Experience in warehousing, or similar complex logistics role
- Bonded cargo / ICS experience
- Demonstration of Communication and Data skills
- Strong customer service acumen
- Administrative skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
