We’re a nationwide logistics provider specialising in empty shipping container services, with locations across NZ. We’re looking for a confident Hoist Driver to join our busy Auckland depot.
About the Role
- Hours: Mon–Fri, 5:00pm–4:00am (50 hrs/week, min 40 guaranteed)
- Operate single/double stacker container hoists (up to 8‑high, max 45,000kg)
- Move containers around the yard
- Load/unload trucks
- Use RT for clear communication
- Follow all H&S procedures
What You Need
- Full NZ Class 1 licence (essential)
- Experience with heavy vehicles/machinery
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and safety focus
- Flexibility to work across other sites
- RT communication skills
- Class 2 licence preferred but not essential
Important: Container hoists are not regular forklifts—to be successful in this job you must be confident operating heavy machinery (essential).
