About the Program:

The Qube Cadet Program sets the framework for recent graduates and high-school leavers to enter the logistics industry via Qube.

This 2-year program sees cadets gain experience within various parts of the business.

Throughout the 2-year program, not only do we provide training and mentoring at every stage of development, there are also regular check-ins with the Qube team to ensure you stay engaged along your Qube journey.

Position – Compliance Cadet

This permanent full-time entry-level position allows for you to grow in a supportive team environment. The introduction of this position will provide you with excellent personal and career development opportunities. Prior experience is not required for this role.

What will your role at Qube look like?

• Data entry and maintenance of compliance related information and documentation

• Generating & sending reports to required managers/teams

• Reviewing employee clock in/out data

• Maintaining records of employee training and licencing requirements

• Developing and maintaining knowledge base of compliance activities and procedures

• Other ad hoc duties as directed
