About the Role

We are seeking a Data Entry Administrator to join our team on a full‑time fixed‑term contract until 31 March 2027, supporting our team with accurate data entry and administrative tasks.

Hours: Monday–Friday, 8am–5pm
(Part time 32–40 hours may be considered)
Location: Hutt Central, Lower Hutt

We’re after someone who is professional, well‑spoken, organised, and has a strong work ethic. You will bring:

• Strong communicator who can build positive working relationships
• Organised and able to manage multiple priorities
• Proactive, accurate, and confident with numbers and data
• Competent user of Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
• Willing to learn, adapt, and support the team as needed

Key Duties

This busy and varied role includes:

• Entering financial and administrative data accurately
• Managing documents, records, and system updates
• Processing invoices, receipts, and account information
