Driver Trainer Coordinator – Logistics

This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and driven Driver Trainer & Assessor to join the well-established Qube team in North Fremantle.

As a Driver Trainer Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in supporting operational excellence by driving our BeSafe culture, promoting compliance, and developing workforce capability across the Logistics division. Working closely with operational leaders, drivers, and frontline employees, you will coordinate and deliver training programs, support onboarding and assessment of drivers, monitor competency and performance, and provide guidance on safety and compliance requirements. This role is ideal for a proactive professional who is passionate about creating safer workplaces, influencing positive behaviours, and helping teams achieve high-performance outcomes.

What you'll bring:

  • Experience in the transport or logistics industry and a Heavy Vehicle Licence
  • Knowledge of National Heavy Vehicle Law (NHVL)
  • Training and/or auditing qualifications
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with diverse teams
  • A flexible, proactive, and solutions-focused approach
  • Commitment to workplace safety, compliance, and continuous improvement
