We are currently seeking a Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Graduate to join our team based in Fassifern.

This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career safety professional looking to build their career within a large and growing logistics organisation. You will work closely with operational leaders and experienced HSE professionals, supporting safety initiatives, compliance activities and the ongoing development of a strong safety culture across site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of health, safety and environmental initiatives across site operations
• Assist operational leaders with risk assessments, safe work procedures and work instructions
• Participate in incident investigations and support the preparation of investigation reports
• Conduct site safety inspections and HSE compliance audits
• Assist with hazard identification, incident management and close-out of corrective actions
• Support workers’ compensation processes and rehabilitation programs where required
• Contribute to safety reporting and data analysis for leadership teams
• Assist with the implementation of HSE improvement initiatives across the site

About You

You are a motivated and proactive graduate who is passionate about workplace safety and continuous improvement.

To be successful in this role you will bring:

✔ A tertiary qualification in Work Health & Safety or a related field
✔ 1+ years’ experience in a safety, HSE or operational environment (internships welcome)
✔ Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
✔ The ability to influence and build relationships across operational teams
✔ Good organisational and problem-solving abilities
✔ Working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
✔ A strong commitment to safety and continuous improvement
