Health & Wellbeing Administrator

We're looking for a motivated Health & Wellbeing Administrator to join our Health & Wellbeing team in Western Australia. This role is ideal for someone with administration, return-to-work or workers compensation experience who wants to broaden their skills in injury management, employee wellbeing and workplace health.
About the Role
Reporting to the Group Manager Health & Wellbeing, you'll support workplace injury management and workers compensation activities across a diverse range of WA operations. Working closely with employees, operational leaders, rehabilitation providers and insurers, you'll help coordinate recovery and return-to-work outcomes while providing key administrative support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support for workers compensation and injury management claims
- Maintain injury management systems, records and medical documentation
- Liaise with employees, medical providers, rehabilitation consultants and insurers
- Support return-to-work coordination and workplace injury processes
- Assist with payroll, finance and workers compensation-related enquiries
- Build positive relationships with operational and safety teams across WA sites
- Coordinate appointments and support services through allied health providers
About You
- Previous experience in administration, return-to-work, injury management or a similar field
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to build relationships with a wide range of stakeholders
- Proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- Knowledge of WA Workers Compensation legislation is advantageous
- Experience in transport, logistics, mining or other blue-collar industries is desirable but not essential
- Willingness to travel to operational sites when required
