The Opportunity

We are seeking an Administrator to join the Qube Bulk Muchea team, to assist with administrative duties of our Chandala Project.

This opportunity would suit an experienced Administrator looking for a part-time role, or a uni-student wanting to kickstart their career whilst completing their studies.  

• Part time – Wednesday to Friday or Thursday to Friday,
• 6:30am - 2:30pm (flexible with start and finish times),
• Immediate start available,   
• Accounts payable & receivable management,
• Create and action purchase orders,
• Liaise with suppliers and client in relation to accounts queries,
• Assist with data entry, record keeping and other ad hoc administrative tasks.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following;

Accounts payable & receivable experience, or a willingness to learn on the job

Previous administration experience, although not essential. Full-training will be provided for the suitable candidate.
