We are seeking a motivated and organised Return to Work & Injury Management Administrator to join our Health & Wellbeing team in Western Australia.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with administration experience who is interested in developing a career in workers compensation, return-to-work and injury management.

Reporting to the Group Manager Health & Wellbeing, you will provide administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing team, assisting with workers compensation processes, injury management administration and return-to-work activities across our NSW Operations.

Working closely with employees, operational leaders, medical providers, rehabilitation consultants and insurers, you will play an important role in supporting positive recovery and return-to-work outcomes.

• Provide administrative support to the Health & Wellbeing team
• Maintain injury management systems, records and medical documentation
• Process and update workers compensation and injury management information
• Coordinate medical appointments and rehabilitation services
• Liaise with employees, medical providers, rehabilitation consultants and insurers
• Assist with return-to-work documentation and suitable duties programs
• Support payroll, finance and workers compensation-related enquiries
• Prepare reports and maintain accurate records and case files
• Build positive working relationships with operational and safety teams across WA sites

• Previous administration experience, ideally in workers compensation, insurance, health, safety, HR or a related field
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to build positive relationships with a range of stakeholders
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and administrative systems
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines
• Knowledge of workers compensation or return-to-work processes is advantageous but not essential
• Experience within transport, logistics, mining, construction or other blue-collar industries is desirable but not essential

• $90,000 - $110,000 + Super (dependent on experience)
