Warehouse Customer Service Representative

Qube Logistics & Infrastructure (QL&I) is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Warehouse Customer Service Representative to join our Moorebank Warehouse team. This role is the key link between customers, warehouse operations, and transport providers, ensuring orders and enquiries are managed accurately and efficiently.

About the Role

Reporting to the Warehouse Manager / Customer Service Supervisor, you will be responsible for coordinating customer orders, managing inventory enquiries, and supporting day-to-day warehouse operations to deliver outstanding service outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone, email, and customer portals.
• Process and monitor customer orders through to dispatch and delivery.
• Liaise with warehouse teams to meet customer requirements and priorities.
• Assist with inventory enquiries, stock investigations, and reporting.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and transport documentation.
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies and service issues.
• Generate customer reports and maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and safety standards.

About You

• Previous experience in customer service, administration, logistics, or warehousing.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• High attention to detail and strong organisational abilities.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with WMS systems or supply chain operations is highly regarded.
