About the role

Role Location: North Fremantle, WA

Role Type: Full Time 

What your role at Qube will look like: 

• Recruitment and employee onboarding administration
• Assisting with transport and chain of responsibility compliance
• Assigning site inductions to on-site personnel and contractors
• Contractor management administration (maintaining insurance and compliance information)
• Assistance with maintaining our internal safety and maintenance management systems (INX)
• General assistance to the SHS Manager, including reporting,  ordering of supplies and preparation of meetings
• Assisting the SHS (safety, health & sustainability) department, maintenance department and driver trainer with general tasks as required
