The Opportunity

We are looking for individuals seeking casual stevedore work at our Gladstone operations, which specialise in loading and discharging general and bulk cargoes.

The successful applicant will need to be prepared to work an irregular shift pattern in a 24/7 roster.

Qualifications and Experience

• Hold a current driver’s license
• High Risk Licence in Forklift licence, Dogging and Crane (highly regarded)
• Ability to obtain Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC)
• Ability to work at heights – training in this area highly regarded
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with a variety of people
• Demonstrated safety behaviours and experience
• Ability to work autonomously using proactive approach to task resolution
• Ability to be flexible and adaptable to work in a demanding environment
