About the role

You’ll supervise the team and coordinate the day‑to‑day operations of the depot. Working closely with the Depot Management team, you’ll support workflow, help achieve daily targets, assist with customer service, and provide hands‑on operational support to management and your team.

This role is ideal for someone ready to step up, take responsibility, and build leadership capability in a fast‑paced environment.

Hours:
Monday – Friday: 7:00am – 5:00pm
Saturday: 7:00am – 12:00pm (as required)

About you

• Emerging leader, or previous team lead / acting supervisor
• At least 2 years’ hands‑on operational experience
• Heavy machinery experience and Class 5 licence
• Organised, proactive, and confident communicator
• Reliable, motivated, and customer‑focused
• Comfortable using Word, Excel, and internal systems
