About the Role

Position: Dispatch Clerk
Status: Full Time

We are seeking a motivated and detail-focused Dispatch Clerk to support our day-to-day dispatch and transport operations. Working closely with drivers, customers and operational teams, you will ensure freight movements, documentation and system transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Process dispatch documentation and system transactions
• Coordinate freight, container receivals and dispatch activities
• Prepare delivery, release and transport documentation
• Maintain accurate records and data entry
• Communicate with drivers, transport providers and customers
• Monitor dispatch schedules and provide operational updates
• Respond to customer enquiries professionally
• Support compliance with safety and operational procedures

About You

• Experience in logistics, transport, warehousing, administration or customer service (preferred)
• Strong attention to detail and data entry accuracy
• Excellent organisational and communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and computer systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage competing priorities
• Positive attitude with a strong customer service focus
• Reliable team player with a commitment to safety
